Hello! We are Frank and Rebecca, and together we founded Iva Threads, a family-owned apparel brand that we are very proud of. Our designs are hand drawn by the two of us, and derived from positive messages that we use often to uplift and affirm ourselves. Together we breathe new life into classic pieces, taking the merch game to another level with bold expressions over soft textures.
Frank Iva emigrated from Uganda to the United States in 2006 with $100 in his pocket. Now he runs a successful music career in San Diego, CA. Rebecca, a West Coast native, has spent the last ten years overcoming severe chronic illness and disability. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced increased risk from daily business as well as loss from live music opportunities. It was necessary for us to create a new source of income to help maintain our health and home, and thus, Iva Threads was born in the summer of 2020.
We are also a blended family facing a year of increasingly difficult travel and risk to reach our children. To so many families like ours, this year has brought much loss, lack, and uncertainty. We wanted to build something real for our boys that excites them, represents them, and can be taught and passed on to them. In a nutshell, 2020 has changed us. One thing that hasn’t changed though, is our need for function, comfort, and style. With this, we set out to create the clothing we both wear daily. Iva Threads embodies the stylish, stay-home look and feel that has become a staple for 2020 and beyond.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at ivathreads.com operated by Frank Iva Music. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and experience. You can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 calendar days from when you receive your item.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact our customer support team.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
